The promotion cycle as well as compensation was little off for the batch joined in 2017 as there were new rules which impacted us. The new rules made it difficult to climb up the ladder faster as well as paid less. Currently in 2022, they have done away with the policy for new entrants, hopefully this will help people scale up faster based on the amount of work they put in.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Dislikes

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
