... shift allowance / No extra pay for overtime allowance / less appraisals Hike - Variable pay is just a number (they provide less out of that, it’s just a trap) - when it comes to monetary benefits they just tell budget crunches for project. - forcing you to come to office from home location (As there is no value addition and not consider your family dependency)

The work-life balance is amazing. You get opportunities to work on the domain you want to. Plus the leadership are quite accessible and people respect you for the work you do, not your level.

The overall compensation I feel is lesser than/ at average to the market value. Two increment cycles help a bit, but still quite less

Your experience in Accenture completely depends on your project and the management handling that project. In the project that I've been working in management has been very supportive of my career aspirations and stress a lot on trainings. I had a good time working in Accenture.

Compensation - they would rather hire new resources for higher compensation than retaining their old employees for the same compensation.

...vel will be one level down...But may be salary wise you will be ahead of them...starting one year for laterals the salary hike is just a single digit.. I am working for FS vertical..the times are flexible but depends on projects...TL and above will be granted permission for WFH and laptops...Rest it depends on individual performance..Hope the information is informative and will help you out to choose your career wisely. Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.
