I really am very happy to be a part of Accenture family. We all are getting our salary and also benefits too even during time of crisis. There are no delays and we are continuing our work in our homes. We are giving our best for the company too. I don't feel like i am working there but it will be always like being a part of the family, The Accenture family.

Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Low pay below industry average. Single digit or no hikes Very slow promotion if not in development Get stuck in highly Specialised tech stack, very difficult and time consuming to try new things

...ulture full of advertisment, felt like they spent alot of money in social media. No hikes and less salary, work like slavery in Service desk amd application support jobs. Like call center job with worst management and politics. Most of the managers doesnt even know basic troubleshooting or not even know the process. Favorism is there for management, and some of the managers have basic bcom degree or non IT degree and come to become manager in IT, and not even have knowledge about basic technical details.

Worklife balance and culture is good and lot of celebration of festival and team outings too done at FP&a profile . So its a mixed environment.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and bonus part is concern here there is too partially on it and only favouritism will get all the hikes , the hard working will suffer just by saying that better luck next time.
