Managers are biased. No respect for female employees. If you will complain then they will remove you from project or will proof as a non performer. Few managers specifically Cl6 they will make your life very stressful. If their favourite team members are abuse any female employees then also few leadership team members will ignore and save their job. In short they do not want to help females to grow. They will indirectly create an negative environment and force female employees to resign from the company

There is no proper payroll system. It's better to try in other organization. Worst salary packages compared to other organization and one last thing never ever join as contractor in Accenture.

...est company. You will also get a few of the companies goodwill as its employee. They gives a decent package. Hybrid model also felt rellay good for me.

Dislikes

1. Micro management. Even the senior manager will also peak into the each associates every now and then. 2. Always talking about FTE reduction and Profit maximization. Eventhough the profit maximization is the aim for all team they should ensure they have enough resources to run the project. 3. No visibility is there. All the changes are happening on a townhall. Within 1 year I saw management change for atleaset 6 times. And the office location changed for 4 times.

Regional Bias and preference to locality and language of communication during Hikes & Promotions Demanding me to work in office 1 day per week even though the employee is from other state

Exposure to work that help in develop ones work life and be a great leader in furter.

Dislikes

The compensation hike is very bad even after multiple follow ups from 5 months i did not receive the hike. All i get to hear is we are working on it and there is a change in leadership so its delayed. Which demotivating for an employee.
