was a great place to work but has bcm typical indian company. not a mnc anymore.pay hikes are 1% for 10+ years exp.hike does not even account for inflation

Dislikes

compensation is bad just 1% hike. work pressure is high. have to work 12-14 hours a day. mid management are treated poorly with no direction for career growth. its bonded labour with 3 months notice period.

Compensation is okay when compared to similar organizations

Work culture is awful. The candidates are not allocated projects as per their strength and interest and are forced into something which they do not want

Salary on time and additional health benefits which i never use

Worst company to work with no job security and stability. They will ask you to join office without considering your condition and asking to join from next without bothering that you are travelling from far away to be at base location. Worst work culture and environment. Will suggest not to join this company.

If you ever being placed in Accenture, don't plan to move out. Bz more than salary, job security and good work culture matters. And there are very less organizations to provide those two like Accenture.

Work load is bit high. But that's fine as job security is there.

I like the recognition of the work done. And also the Friendly environment.

Not satisfied with the package according to the role but yeah i joined as a fresher so it was less and did not get much of promotions
