On time salary, employee welfare program, single and simple portal that caters tp all your HR needs from salary slip to checking your gratuity calculations and depending on the account you work with provides ample flexibility ane motivation to do your best.

Dislikes

Mobility requirements I.e it's very tough to between internal accounts, salary growth and appraisals are pretty much non existent, provides promotions but without suitable Compensation and lastly most accounts have opted 3 days WFO instead of 2.

All thing is good. There is knowledge session by team lead every month where we have chance to learn new things and ask question related to project or non projects

Dislikes

I think every coin had two faces and so here we see the salary hike is low as compared to market

Everything is good one can easily balance both work life and personal but definately some what it depends on our project which we are in. I had good experience till now with CG.

I liked everything in CG but the only thing i am not satisfied is salary hike.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Flexible hours, client base on different verticals. Employees benefit working on various platforms if put on to work as per their expectations.

Dislikes

Poor increments, existing employees are deprived of Salary increments. Hardly 2 or 3% is what employees get with high appraisal ratings. Few projects are very pathetic no value for employees hardwork ..
