Variable pay percentage is really high as per compensation and deriving logic for variable pay twice in a year is mysterious process. You can't expect more or near.

...at lower rates than outside market with cashless facility is something to cheer. Salary is received regularly on LWD -1 which is another reason to make ur month end go smooth. They offer free Gym services but they are always occupied.

Dislikes

Here HR folks are mostly unanswerable to employees' query. They often delay in responding to our queries. The CTC offered is average as compared to market standards and also the hike received during appraisal mainly depends on your reputation with manager. They do not encourage you to attend any classroom training of 3 or more days which can cross train you on various functionalities. Other point to note is that they do not close their services during any local emergency situation & instead asks employees to decide whether to come to office or take leave.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
