...ment at Tietoevry there are always few areas of improvement in any organization. One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale

My workplace offers a very safe atmosphere, ensuring that everyone feels secure and comfortable. It's a job-secured environment where employees can focus on their tasks without worry, fostering both productivity and peace of mind

One aspect I dislike about my workplace is that the salary does not reflect the level of productivity and effort put in. It feels mismatched, which can be discouraging at times.

1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.
