To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.

One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale

Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.
