... while someone is new in technology specially if they are experienced employees. Initial package is high but then for 1 year no hike at all or it depends if you manager is in very good terms with you. Promotion is very difficult. Good for working mothers but only in maternal leave period

Too much biased politics. People treat technical knowledge people harshly. Timelines are set very badly of projects. Blame game and targeting. No Job security. Mental harassment by seniors, yelling and shouting. Long working hrs. Sometimes 16-18 hrs of work is also less. If you are bad with office politics and want to only work this company is absolutely bad for you. Lot of gossip and rumors promoted which discourage people. Judging based on marital status is also observed. Gender biasing also observed.

No salary hike this year even for top performers. Too much work load they do encourage learning but work load is so much you cannot do any learning. Talks about mental health when they are the one worsening it.

...will get good learnings, they have a lot of trainings and certification support. Initial package will be good. But you will see politics after that in next year appraisal cycle, and if you are on a higher side, just beware.

Management ruthless politics. They dnt have any heart if they have to give any name for the cost cutting. They will just say you are unfortunate that this is happening to you. Nothing else.

Its very much process oriented and no deviation from policy/process is expected. The offices are great and you will have opportunity to work with the best clients in the world. You also have opportunity to work on latest technology and lots of learning.

Dislikes

...s. You can be landed randomly to a project where you have total skill mismatch. In hand salary is much lesser when compared to other CMM Level 5 service based companies.

The work culture is very good, it varies from team to team. The clients are also good they respect you and your work. Management is also very good, high leads are always reachable, they are just a ping away. I like this organization. Highly recommended.
