1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

Dislikes

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

Upskill training and opportunities to grow. I you can work beyond work hrs to give time in trainings you can learn many in demand technologies. Internal job changing options are there but that depends on what technology you are working.

Many projects have toxic work culture but HR is there to help if it's needed. Work culture completely depends on the project we are into. HR policies are Good though.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Management is very much tricky as they dont have any knowledge but want the work to done as per there timeline. Appointing or promoting people who are not skilled but have good rapport with there promoting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Best company I have ever worked with. I left as I had to come back to Kolkata from Delhi... My Manager Mr Deepak Kumar Verma was not only my manager, he was like my teacher, elder brother, best coach who used to scold me also but also love me the most.. I miss him badly... I wish I could work with him again.... HR team was also excellent....

Multiple dislikes don't know if I can fit here 1) company has team outing and lunch but on paper.
