Dislikes

...s cause the competition is tough with many people being stuck on the same level. Hence growth remains stagnant but salary increases of course.

Likes

The best part of being part of Accenture is Job security & work ethics. Multiple benefits to employees right from free transport (cab, no bus), Thank you bonus, Market correction salary etc. Promotion & Appraisals are purely based on hard work & projects.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike. Being a MNC or corporate there is always chance of office politics, this is not in control of any company.

Giving the quantity work to clients and there are lots of scope the enhanced your learning skill as well as customer management.

Dislikes

There is nothing to describe for dislike everything is very good like in terms of companies policy, benifits and salary.

... the weekend. One of the coolest office you will ever work in. Great ambience. Accenture welcomes with happy welcome kit and keep that going with diwali hampers and Christmas goodies and retention bonus. Excellent organisation to work.

Dislikes

Accenture provides competitively less remuneration to entry level employees. There’s a bit more struggle in terms of work and increment bonus and promotions for lower job bands.

Likes

If you end up in good project, you get lot of learning. Mostly people are nice and respectful.

Dislikes

...career, internal job change is very difficult (most managers don't release you). Also employees who work hard and deliver only get verbal praise and it doesn't translate to compensation hike. Appraisals are mostly based on completing certain number of years but not on achievements and successes. Sadly employees are not valued fairly.
