Dislikes

Accenture provides competitively less remuneration to entry level employees. There’s a bit more struggle in terms of work and increment bonus and promotions for lower job bands.

Accenture Operations is telling worst place to work at.. it's like a Black hole.. you don't know what's happening

Bad pay masters, try recently changed the compensation structure this lowering our take home salaries.. HR could not explain to us till date why this change n what is gonna change. Stay away from Accenture Operations

They focus on learning like you can learn anything in Accenture and also they provide good salary and increment.

Often you will have to stretch due to work pressure and you will not get leave most of the time when require.

...feedback and artefacts to meet their promotion numbers. Never join this company. Worst company in terms of work life balance and never pays hikes and bonus after employees working like donkeys for one year.
