...out the people in this project so that the can live longer in that project...... And yes if I talk about my salary Even I didn't receive my salary yet it has been 2 months completed now I m calling, mailing from sept month but I didn't receive my salary and no one is helping me no one is giving reply on that that when I will get my salary even update with my manager also multiple times but he always same reply thet I will check....very very very bad company never ask anyone to join there or didn't think that you will get permanent employee even You give your best but they will always save there own money and job not your job. Your job is not matter for them they just working for themselves.

We get salary hike twice in a year.

They don't give development or enhancement projects. We only get chance to work on support projects.and also they don't give roll off easily if you want to work on some other project.

You get more package as compared to other MNC ....and training material is good ...lots of training material available.

Your job is safe if you are in project if you are in bench your job is on risk and no one cares about you.

Accenture itself a brand and starting your career with Accenture is really good for your future. Moreover if you are in a good project then chances of your growth are high.

Work life balance. Compensation. Poor skills development.

Excellent growth in consulting. Great learning opportunities and consistent salary growth inline with market trends if you perform good enough.

Dislikes

Since the new CEO started managing, the company has declined in its culture that it used to have previously. Lot of pressure in projects now mental health is just for the sake of meetings which only fill up your calendar. You really never get a break.
