Hike percent will be very minimal and u will receive only name sake rewards with certificate no bonus no reward points nothing Even in promotions also very slow and if we get also its a dry promotions

Accenture is one the nicest company and has taught me how to build knowledge and build career. The environment and the work place was just wonderful and good friends

No salary, hikes, promotions They will make you work whole year and when time comes to give hike and promotion that project and company is not accumulate any profit so no hike and promotion.

Great company to start your career.Good hikes in salary (that will specially depends on performance),job security is there,ample amount of support and exposure to IJPs within the management.So overall great experience till now!!! Let's see where it goes 🤞🤞
