I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

No career growth, they make you work for extra hours and they don't pay extra money, very bad work culture, you will get sick working cab would pick you up early and drop late , some time they even make you fools saying no holiday on public holidays .
