Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

The company giving good opportunities,facility wise good and work culture is good,the company is providing good transport,transport is better than other companies ,there lot lot of internal job opportunities in Accenture and its give job security.
