...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike .

SALARY VERY LOW, NO MOTIVATIONAL ACTIVITIES,SUNDAY ALSO WORKING, NO.PICNIC , NO ANY TRIP FOR STAFF

Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.

Appraisal and and salary is always been limited as set my company saying HR always HR policy is clearly mentioned that appraisal done when u join from that day but till yet year no appraisal done,
