There's no projection of promotion.
In the name of skill development, we are only enforced to learn how to add something to the 98th Percentile instead of development as a whole.
There's no incentive for lead teachers.
...ow for sincere people. They respect the hard-work and reward it on timely basis. The salary structure is also pretty good in comparison to the market.
I have completed my beautiful journey of 1 year with 98thPercentile and it feels like it is the perfect forever choice of mine.
I wish we could meet each other at least sometime in real life. It is all virtual, which has its own pros and cons!

I didn’t actually like anything. People working here are so unprofessional.
Dislikes
They conduct interviews just for the sake and record the interviews as well for further evaluation where HR’s will process the further rounds with other panel members and the recorded video will be reviewed again and informed that you’re rejected where the interviewer will only ask Tell me about yourself and experiences, not even technical questions being asked but you’re a reject for no reason. Interviewer will act as if like a senior manager in the system who is not even having an experience of the candidate they’re interviewing for. They judge and take people by looks, not for your experience, communication, skills, etc. Anyone looking forward to this company do not attempt the interviews as it is definitely a waste of time as you will not be provided with the proper reasons either nor what they’re actually expecting. HR’s are good but not the panel people who will interview you.
Don’t attend and don’t have hopes and spoil your mood, day and they are the #1 for demotivation
