Connection between employees is very good here. Feels like home.

Connection between employees and higher authorities. Salary is average. There's no projection of promotion. In the name of skill development, we are only enforced to learn how to add something to the 98th Percentile instead of development as a whole. There's no incentive for lead teachers.

Best work culture i have ever been with, very systematic and will definitely have work life balance, all the leaders are really supportive, will learn new tech systems which will make your life easier and payment method is very particular, happy ex employee of 98th Percentile

Guys if you are joining 98th percentile just be clear that there is no job security here. You don’t know when they will terminate you. Instead of applying for 98th percentile go with nxtwave, bhanzu, vedantu etc.
