Not much of pressure from leadership. Almost negoigible micromanagement.

Dislikes

Quality of work is not good. Culture is not very good. Work is dependent on onsite team, because of which , people have to stretch work hours late night. No emphasis on automation.

Managers doesn't always know what you are doing. No support from higher management for new initiatives Running on legacy tools and systems which won't change in future Internal people's politics at GSC Not so much thing to do here, Just sit idle throughout the day
