Good Work life balance. Good Food. you get 400 Rs in your food wallet daily and can utilize it anywhere in office. multiple canteen options like juices, sandwiches, lunch buffet. Free Popcorn, Slurpee, Ice Creams Good amount of yearly leaves. Well made Medical insuarance plan + 3x life insuarance plan Free Cabs. Managers are good and "sometime" listen to you.

As a software engineer, the code quality of the product I worked at is the worst of all my experience. Because it was written by vendor teams(cognizant). There idea to fix bugs is to ignore them in configs so they dont get scanned. The vendor dependency 7Eleven has is going to ruin the work environment for the software engineers who actually want to learn and write good code. During my interview process i was asked about SOLID principles and Design Patterns and what not. After joining and seeing the work they have already done i realised the mistake I made. Vendors have a seniority complex. Managers do not care about the quality as long as it works. Any issue faces by team in India will be ignored if the US team(vendors) doesnt care.
