Good environment whether it is manager or hr or people arround you. Everyone are supportive.

Dislikes

More growth and opportunities needed especially for tenured ones and salary is less especially for experienced and need to provide good medical facilities like ESI or other similar services for health benefits.

Dislikes

Company just suddenly asks my whole team to sit on a bench and then they informed that they are shutting down the whole operation in Ahmedabad. They didn't even gave us the salary of that month and also didn't encashed the remaining leaves. Apart from that they stole money from our OT amount and when we tried asking questions about these, they stopped responding to our calls/SMS and Emails.

Overall best. Transport team, Facilities and work culture, colleagues, managers, team leaders and cafeteria everything I loved, I really miss working in 24 7.ai ...still life has to move on

...g login people do not have much option on food, lot of politics and favouritism. Pay is less and they ask to extended on daily basis even though they pay for it. It should be our choice to extend or not

Good to get skills developed specially build ur accent

They do not pay for what is deserved instead they would suck ur blood for a minimum wage, horrible timings and a worst timetable , u can only survive if u have client insensitives that way u earn a lot if not ur not where u should be if ur a fresher try , it's not at all worth for an experienced person to join this and I don't know how people survive here for years , I had 26 mates in my batch the next 6 months I was the only one from that batch who was good at sales so could earn

Infrastructure and facilities are the best. Friendly work environment with few employee friendly policies. Also, here they focus on enhancing the skills of their work force.

Dislikes

Salary structure with too many components, especially the basic pay is the worst in the industry which is even lesser than a security guard. The management has very smartly designed the salary annexure, so that they don't contribute more towards EPF or Gratuity. The company focuses more towards the revenue than its employees. Mid level management is very much into politics.
