completely transformed to AI and more dependency on AI , daily 2-3times updation of APP, reporting is very tough after updations , bo'S are fully frustated with ipad reporting ,

On going Management culture in some of the divisions are forcing employees to think beyond Zydus. Unfortunately People bringing poor culture are happily surviving in the Organization. These people should be held accountable for high attrition in Zydus

1. Management never appreciate your work whatever you did. 2. your seniors only help those people whos not new for them 3. They change any scheme middle of month or end of the month no scheme security your image in front of DB is going wrist 4. upper management keep only there job safe either you go to hell 5.
