On going Management culture in some of the divisions are forcing employees to think beyond Zydus. Unfortunately People bringing poor culture are happily surviving in the Organization. These people should be held accountable for high attrition in Zydus

Extremely unhealthy work culture. People are more into politics than working. Promotions and payouts are based on partiality and piling your seniors
