I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. On going Management culture in some of the divisions are forcing employees to think beyond Zydus. Unfortunately People bringing poor culture are happily surviving in the Organization. These people should be held accountable for high attrition in Zydus
