Cluster PMO - Omnichannel Marketing

The Project Management Officer (PMO) serves as a central hub for a specific cluster of therapies for project oversight, governance, and support, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Project Management Officer responsibilities include planning project management activities, keeping a track of these projects, collaborating with medical, marketing, design and other associated departments to ensure campaign SOPs are aligned.

Cluster - PMO will be working with managers across various departments to help streamline projects such as digital outreach to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• lead regular meetings, sprint review and planning meetings
• Support the medical and marketing team by facilitating transparency, inspection and adaptation.
• remove impediments (e.g. cultural barrier, logistic challenges)
• foster close co-operation across all departments
• Draft new and improving existing project management processes whenever required
• Evaluate campaigns to ensure they are meeting brand objectives, adhere to company standards and guidelines, and meet deadlines
• Track and Document progress of the project, development, and execution on daily basis
• Present the progress to stakeholders for aligning various departments

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience as a Brand Manager in a Pharmaceutical company or project management role for marketing team in a pharma company for minimum 3 4 years

Understanding of digital marketing

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to details and technicalities

Excellent organizational and technical abilities

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Exceptionally good MS powerpoint and MS excel knowledge

Assertive, energetic and passionate to influence others in the organisation
