Very bad culture no tracking of your work. Also they are doing silent firing regularly. Whether you’re performing exceptionally. They will not care of that and they will fire immediately with immediately effect. No notice period has been given. They are not caring about you. Know the gap that will be on resume. They will give you very small package and very bad culture. The top management specially Syam Nair person which has joined Zscaler is very unprofessional and have a little knowledge about the cloud security and he wants QA to remove. As a company, it’s doing pretty good and pays competitively. As like any other place, your work life depends on the team and manager/leadership you’re in. Luckily, my team was good and a good manager/leader so it was positive for us.

Dislikes

The pay raise is not so great and favouritism works here, the growth opportunity is not the same in every team and majority of the company runs on politics. there were many silent layoffs in 2024
