Manager are not supportive and try to keep things self centred or with in their control. Don't want to deligate the responsibility, instead of responsibility just delight the work. That feel of responsibility is not there when your manager don't share full information with you and just keep you in the backend.

Very bad culture no tracking of your work. Also they are doing silent firing regularly. Whether you’re performing exceptionally. They will not care of that and they will fire immediately with immediately effect. No notice period has been given. They are not caring about you. Know the gap that will be on resume. They will give you very small package and very bad culture. The top management specially Syam Nair person which has joined Zscaler is very unprofessional and have a little knowledge about the cloud security and he wants QA to remove.
