Nothing too be like at this company because very toxic environment . You people not reach to senior in any condition if you go that will hear the ego of managers then you will be terminated

Toxic work culture and toxic manager no skill development as well and no permotion . Family culture in company family member get permoted and high salary increment faster even they don't have skills

My husband has worked there as an SDE-3 , this company has utlimate politics, including the CEO of the company. They terminate people as per their mood. Only older employees are survive as they do involve in politics and make their own group and if new person joins the team, they do not give proper KT and blames new person for theirperformance issue and all. Company is having zero day relieving policy. They terminate so intelligently( on 11th month) so that they do not have to give the stocks worth àround 75 lakhs at present value. after completing one year in the company they have to give stocks and they terminate people in 11 month. My husband has worked restlessly on weekends, on holidays, new-year, christmas and mid-nights for this company to deliver smoother but these cunning people do not have a shame. Other startups are much better then this toxic company, toxic people and toxic environment. They want robots not people....Read More

No management hence no parameters, you come as you want, go as you may, no notice period or probation, no work at all

They will kick you out, when they deem fit, for whatever reason suits them, no job security, no employee grievance or warning escalations of any kind, you mistake once and you lose your job, office is located in the middle of a secluded place and god forbids if you have to leave in urgency, you will die due to the lack of transport facilities and unavailability of cabs there. A very dynamic organisation in terms of the market. Great work life balance, although you might need to work on festivals. Good scope for starting off a career and people can grow a lot if they fit in the culture. Managers are great.

Dislikes

Too much talk of culture, sometimes it is abused. Bad apples. Slow on tech adaptability, for such a large organisation you would think they have organised their data and processes well. Long way to go! People can chill, as there are more people than needed.

Need to improve in work life balance and moreover they are just terminating people by policies with out giving any chances to the employees need to give chance because as a courtesy in Zomato they are giving resolutions to the customers and delivery partner why can't they think about the employees need to give a chance to improve their performances and other things
