The leadership. It was good at one point but right now it's at its lowest possible level! There is so much confusion and no clarity on what the owner wants and everything is totally dependent on his mood. You are told to give your opinions and thoughts but the moment you give them you're shunned and humiliated publicly. It all was better than what it is now with more people in the leadership but sadly all of them were asked to leave recently. On paper it is 5 day a week job, but all the working weekends and extremes hours you have to pull (every other day) are never taken into consideration. When it comes to your growth, most of the times you're told that you're an incomparable asset to them but the company won't be able to pay you as per the standards. Don't expect fair hikes if you're not amongst our personal favorites. And the list goes on! In short, a truly, thoroughly honest review would be, if you're planning on joining Zomato now, PLEASE DON'T! There's nothing in the brand name in comparison to what you will be paying through your life and sanity! Good luck....Read More
