No work life balance, inside sales team is forced to extend their shift without any reasons, as the team is allowed to take 2 days earned leaves but have to beg to the managers to utilise those leaves, you are questioned everytime if you extend your shift even for a single minute, Micromanagement in inside sales team is on peak, people join the team and leave within 1-2 months because of the work culture, managers will assign you with any random shift as per their wish without even asking the staff even they are comfortable with it or not, total break duration is of 1.15 hrs where they want the staff to fresh n up, have lunch, have break. Literally the floor sounds and looks like a BPO, dont think its a sales domain its a BPO, you will be given a pitch if you dont follow that you will be questioned, being in a sales domain you dont get that liberty that you are looking for, staffs and treated as school students whereas the management acts like teachers, Zero Work Life Balance, within the span of 1year more than 35-40 people left from the inside sales team because of the manager and the work culture, no idea what the manager is up honestly would advise the manager to give a little liberty and peace of mind to the team....Read More
