HR team was good in processing salaries in time

Dislikes

No job security. If you are in favour of your manager unless if you are not work for company . You will get good appraisal and promotions. Terrible work satisfaction . No training will be provided

Salary will be credited on time. Work-life balance was good

Dislikes

Lots of politics, Managers will not understand the ground-level operations. No Growth career will happen in spite of if you are goodwill at your manager. No proper training will be provided No Job Security. Any time they will be layoff candidates based on their business ethics. Other departments will take the incentives. But thisdepartment only get the incentive when the company will make profits as per the manager words...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
