Good company if you are looking to learn as much as you can while you start but not worth it when it comes to work life balance, or atleast not for me. The employees are amazing and friendly and will always help you out.

Dislikes

Amazing coworkers but annoying management. Me and my project manager joined the same day and they changed his entire way of working in a matter of two month's. More than 1 sick leaves a month. Noo. You get an e-mail explaining that you have already taken more than 1 leaves and you need to show up to work. Annoying experience altogether for me. Had to quit the moment I got a new opportunity. Plus the package is just pathetic too. Check out their website because they are offering 500k package for an angular developer with over 3 years of experience....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
