Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Colleagues and Management is supportive. For Freshers candidates its a good platform if he is from a Finance and Accounts stream because he can learn how to coordinate and communicate with vendors and different parties. Thank you.

Ofcourse its limited company but their is no security for eg. Like Insurance for a family and other facilities for an employee.
