The pace at which Zepto is moving, it can sometimes get overwhelming and there is not a moment to reminisce how far you've come and also, lack of RNR, and new joinee engagement - which as a matter of fact is now being worked upon, but this has a lot of scope for improvement

I given this rating because of one person . Other than that i love this company. From last 2 years i am working in this company first i joined as picker after that i got promotion for qc ,store incharge but i cant handle this positions so i joined in inventory team for auditing . From there our team facing real issues . We have give n our maximum efforts in all the store for auditing but after auditing we are getting only negative impacts only . Even our team lead also not supporting for anything . Even we have given 100% commitment to work then also our team not supporting us . If we have medical emergency also he will not allow to take leave . If we have taken leave then he has only one reply "do resign dont come for work " they are not giving travel allowance properly. For us 2500 is the travel allowance as per the listed store but last 5 months we have not visited the listed stores we are doing another stores that we have to travel 20km daily one side for one month we need to put 5000 rs of petrol for travel . If we inform our team lead also no use he is not bothered about this issues ....Read More

Also our team lead he is a stupid . He can take leave whenever he want he will not come to any store properly weekly once he will come to any store and leave within 2 or 3 hr . Every festival he can enjoy . He can do whatever he want . As per the records he is working everyday without any leave . He can regulaise . No need to apply for leave . All this ok we are not botherd about his shits but these same situation we facing that time he will change his f??r . He will say its not possible to approve the leaves you cant take emergency leave like that . Even if we are not in condition to stand also he will not give us leave he will ask us to do work .he will ask us to do work . Im writing like this because of frustration last 1 year this our situation. We cant ask for a leave for any emergency also . I have to report this to our company but no other options even this comment also will receive or not but even if we give 100 % commitment to our work but no support from our higher officials . We have only problem with our teamlead remaining all our officials have a good heart . The main reason today i writting this because after 1 year we have apllied for 12 days leave to go to our home (after 1 year) is this an issue for this company . We also have family only for this festival every year we are taking leave last year also our dhm approved leave without hesitation but this year our god team lead cant approve leave he is saying he will give 5 days leave if we not came to store on time we have to leave the job . Im just asking what type of rule is this did zepto company know about this . I dont have any other options thats why im writting this .
