The only thing good here was work from home thats it!

There are thousands of things to write about Commodum Groceries. The management here is worst! There is no chance of promotion here if you dont butter up your TLs or managers. You are not allowed to take any Sick leave here, if you video call them showing you are admitted they will still not believe it. You are forced to login and if you dont you get threat messages saying you wont get any PLs or we will have an HR discussion for the unplanned and sick leave that you took and the worst part here that the HR manager is of no use here because the decisions are taken by the manager on the behalf of HR. In short HR is only for name sake. They have a heavy chat flow with less employees which becomes difficult for the agent to handle the chats and expect them to resolve it faster. They pressurize the agent threating them to perform good which is next to impossible. there is nothing to like about working here apart from saying working in a fast growing firm

extreme micro management have no time consicousness that employees have life outside office - managers keep meetings at any time of the day even at 11pm and you cant attend online, you've to be in office only - when do we eat, spend time with family or sleep way too toxic about every manager comes from top leadership just wants to milk as much as possible, no employee friendly policies

Everything about this company, nothing is organised, it's all a damn circus, no wonder zepto will be at loss if people such as commodum groceries handle it. Further a complaint should be raised against this company for the brutality against the employees and the people at the managing positions like Deepika Gaur who has no idea whats going on with the company and it's employees, comes a day or two in the office and judges everyone on the basis of that. Justin Castellino who yet again has no idea how his team member even looks like, his physical appearance will say a 100 words about it. They will fool you to leave your well settled organization on the price of 30 to 40% hike.

No work life balance you will be asked to work like your own venture spending around 10 to 12 hours on shift, no job security the management will fire you without having any second thought despite you taken whatever initiative, additional benefits are part of fixed pay so don't get fooled, they offer 2 week off but manager will not talk about a single off.

The pace at which Zepto is moving, it can sometimes get overwhelming and there is not a moment to reminisce how far you've come and also, lack of RNR, and new joinee engagement - which as a matter of fact is now being worked upon, but this has a lot of scope for improvement
