Senior management is worst they keeps distance from employees, their hierarchy policy is worst, JO like junior officer they treating like labours and they cannot avail the most of the facilities which all are available for others. Working hours policy is very strict even if you have punch out 1 minute before it will reflect in theirsoftware then at time of payroll closing you have regularise your request and sent it to manager for approval. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
