1. The LDP program is very good as it teaches you every thing in a consecutive manner, so you get to learn the technologies in depth. 2. There is a good work life balance, so you can work when you want to work. 3. The superiors are really sound technically so you get to learn a lot of things from them.

Dislikes

1. One improvement I think should be done in LDP to include a dominant and average tech side for every employee. One might be very good in backend but not that good in front side. So evaluation and coaching should be such a way that he/she should be thoroughly trained in his/her key area rather than teaching every thing in a short span.

No work-life balance Most of the projects here are on frontend(reactjs). So if you are interested in backend dev, you might or might not get into the projects you may like. They might ask you to learn react and make you work on frontend projects

The LDP has been instrumental in helping me revisit and deepen my understanding of various tech stacks comprehensively.MENTORSHIP AND SUPPORT: Each participant is assigned a mentor, with whom we connect daily. The mentors provide invaluable support in all aspects, including coding best practices, clearing doubts and reviewing pull requests before merging. This consistent guidance has been crucial in honing my skills and ensuring I follow the best practices. FOCUS ON UPSKILLING: The LDP is designed to upskill participants in both frontend and backend technologies. Regardless of our initial specialization, we are required to go through this program and work on the assigned projects.
