Work is very important and good far us.if we work then company pay us benefits.but there is no growth of carrier.if a man select far some machine work.nobody appreciate no body discourage him. No person check talent or qualifications.all person team work.no bouns far good worker.no increment after three or five years.thanks.but almost near and dear company is pay time to time.this is very good.

All time standing job no one permission to set . Or some telex in duty period.
