No room for honest feedback; the truth is often ignored. The company constantly pushes for more hours but doesn’t offer any compensation or gratitude in return.

Dislikes

Avoid this company if you value work-life balance. They expect you to be available 24/7. I've been stuck in the same role for years without any raises or promotions. It feels like a dead-end job. Office politics run rampant here, and it seems like hard work goes unnoticed.

The workplace is toxic; favoritism runs rampant, and employee contributions go unnoticed. There’s rampant favoritism here. If you’re not in the “in” crowd, good luck getting recognized.Absolutely no room for advancement; you’ll be stuck in the same position forever.

The pressure to conform to company politics is stifling for creative thinkers. After reporting unfair treatment, I was let go. It feels like retaliation is the norm here, and HR does nothing to help. The turnover rate is alarming. It’s clear that people can’t wait to leave. A revolving door of talent speaks volumes. It’s not a good sign.

Dislikes

You'll find yourself doing tasks that have nothing to do with your skills or training. The company is overly political, making it impossible to get things done efficiently. The HR department is a joke. If you face issues, expect to be left in the dark with no support. Unbelievable! The politics here are absurd, and promotions are nearly impossible. The high attrition rate says it all.

Dislikes

It’s frustrating to see others promoted who do less work than you. The PCS team needs a complete overhaul. They are ineffective and unhelpful.

Dislikes

Management is secretive about decisions, leaving employees feeling undervalued. The constant pressure to perform leads to burnout; mental health is ignored. The hours are ridiculous. I haven’t had a decent meal in weeks. It’s disheartening to see favoritism affecting team dynamics. It’s difficult to get feedback; you’re left in the dark about your performance.

The demands are relentless, leading to high turnover as employees burn out quickly. I was dealing with personal issues, and the HR rep showed no understanding. Very unprofessional.

Dislikes

Constantly hearing threats of layoffs creates an atmosphere of fear. I’ve seen several colleagues leave due to the overwhelming pressure. It’s not worth it. It feels like management has no clue about what they’re doing. No work-life balance whatsoever. I ended up burnt out and miserable. The favoritism in this organization is obvious, making it impossible to work effectively.

The focus on metrics over people makes this place unbearable. The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no appreciation for hard work.
