It’s hard to maintain morale when management is so out of touch with employee needs and concerns.

Dislikes

Training is non-existent; you're left to figure things out alone. This place is all about appearance—polished floors, flashy presentations, but the reality is toxic and soul-crushing.

Likes

I experienced firsthand how management prioritizes politics over employee welfare. If you value your mental health, stay away from this place. The stress and anxiety from the management are overwhelming.

Dislikes

The lack of feedback means you’re left guessing about your performance. Employees are treated as expendable; there’s no loyalty to the staff. The promised entertainment was nonexistent. I left feeling cheated.

The workplace is toxic; favoritism runs rampant, and employee contributions go unnoticed. There’s rampant favoritism here. If you’re not in the “in” crowd, good luck getting recognized.Absolutely no room for advancement; you’ll be stuck in the same position forever.

The pressure to conform to company politics is stifling for creative thinkers. After reporting unfair treatment, I was let go. It feels like retaliation is the norm here, and HR does nothing to help. I was misled about the role and ended up doing tasks that had nothing to do with my expertise. Upper management is disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. There's a complete lack of mentorship for junior employees. The communication between departments is nonexistent, leading to endless confusion.

Dislikes

Many tasks are redundant and seem to serve no purpose other than to fill time. The workload is insane, and the pay doesn’t even come close to matching it. I've never experienced such poor project management. Deadlines are unrealistic, and support is nonexistent. There’s an alarming lack of recognition for hard work.
