Its just a number oriented company not at all people oriented brand They even dont provide a coffee machine at a huge store and they dont have any compliance being followed in stores but yes they will tell you every thing is being followed on papers. No one cares about people and their mindset what is happening internally to someone.

Dislikes

Not at all People oriented company Worst experience to work in Zara. They make you feel like labour class people doing just day to day hard work to earn on daily basis. No job security No welcoming atmosphere. No friendly behaviour.

Working with Zara is a good option. There are great opportunities for growth. Pay scale is good.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal system so no yearly increment of salary. Job security is major issue. And work-personal life balance is not good just because of timing and work responsibilities. Thanks.

Nothing no personal life and no job security any time any one can be fired and main thing we have rotational shift so even have to come again office in morning after coming late night to home...they don't treat as human.

I was into front office.And what I experienced was unsatisfactory.Work culture is pathetic. Would never recommend any one for it. Zero job security.Poor work ethics.Worst place to work.No transparency. Terrible environment with meaning less rules.

If u really want to grow in terms of Retail Please opt other reputated company like Aditya Birla and Reliance. Here you have Zero growth with poor timings. You actually have to do unpaid overtimes. The day you join you are now machine without brain.
