I don’t like anything in Zapcom.

Everything - No offer letter before joining (reason being if employee read the offer letter they won’t join) - No employment policy in offer letter - Cheap employer including top most employee from in the company. - No respect as a human being, join Zapcom if you are okay to be slave. - Policies in the company are as per SLT convinc e, they can change as per the requirement any time. -<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No job security, if you have one dependencies in your family you can join Zapcom -</mark> No work life balance, they expect 20 hours of work in a day. - This is the company which is only good for freshers not for experienced. - if you are knowledge you are disrespected so much, if you don’t have any knowledge you are allowed to join Zapcom because you will be reached ABCD from CEO directly....Read More

Worst company,no process.dont join this company. if you join this company no work culture and no respect.many employees facing including dev team and test team.you don't know when they will terminate within a day terminate.
