Worst company,no process.dont join this company. if you join this company no work culture and no respect.many employees facing including dev team and test team.you don't know when they will terminate within a day terminate.

High work pressure.Nojob security.hire and fire policy . during the notice period they won't give 3 month salary. Please don't join this type of company.only few projects running if you not select client same day will terminate.no salary no document. Unprofessional people.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Dislikes

Everything - No offer letter before joining (reason being if employee read the offer letter they won’t join) - No employment policy in offer letter - Cheap employer including top most employee from in the company. - No respect as a human being, join Zapcom if you are okay to be slave. - Policies in the company are as per SLT convince, they can change as per the requirement any time. - No job security, if you have one dependencies in your family you can join Zapcom - No work life balance, they expect 20 hours of work in a day. - This is the company which is only good for freshers not for experienced. - if you are knowledge you are disrespected so much, if you don’t have any knowledge you are allowed to join Zapcom because you will be reached ABCD from CEO directly....Read More

After giving interview, offer letter is not released even after qualitfying. After singing in the joining formalties they will give offer letter. It may have some loop hole. If the HRs are not having trust on employees, they no one can trust employers.
