Worst company,no process.dont join this company. if you join this company no work culture and no respect.many employees facing including dev team and test team.you don't know when they will terminate within a day terminate.

High work pressure.Nojob security.hire and fire policy . during the notice period they won't give 3 month salary. Please don't join this type of company.only few projects running if you not select client same day will terminate.no salary no document. Unprofessional people.

Trust me these are honest reviews 1. Un professionalism, Micro management by CEO and treats employees like a inhuman and company do not have any vision 2. Very small client base, they are losing existing clients. 3. If a client gives a slight negative feedback then zapcom would fire immediately since they cannot get interviewed for a nother client as they have limited clients and termination compensation would not be provided. 4. Name sake Friday fun's 5. No middle management 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They do cost cutting 7</mark>. They provide one of the bad foods in the world which is catered from their own kitchen 8. They fired as many count as that of stars on the galaxy 9. Hike is not so good 10. Heard that once you put down the paper , they treat you like an outsider and also they might play with you on fnf settlement 11. False promises by HRs while getting hired 12. Same dialogues in every Town hall about new clients and offices but they never come up 13. Many senior employees left because of abusement by management 14. No WFH 16. No HR process and policies 17. False promises 18. Sometimes they would try to manipulate Glassdoor reviews 19. Every town hall is fun to see the same employees getting awarded for performance 20. It's a company run by family and friends and they have reservations on jobs too 21. They think the company can be run by a bunch of interns and so don't respect senior employees 22. False claims of being product based company(Don't fall for that). 2.Super pathetic management. 3.Frequent changes in management.(HR's Changes management Changes). 4.Hire and fire( if you are not fitting well). 5.Needs better Person to lead this organization since the CEO focuses on multiple companies not able to manage it well.

HR team is bad, incompetent, they won't communicate important things like salary cut through official mails. And now since the Pandemic every reason they have is "Due to Covid". Micro-management, Politics, Lack or communication, and high Notice Period.
