The company is open to teach me all of it's operational structure. It's a korean based company, so the korean culture have been spreaded along with us. And also in working standards they are maintaining their technical way of working. One of the main disadvantage is that there is no salary appraisal. But I can explore the process asmuch as I need. work environment have been very neat and clean as like as an MNC. Then the other disadvantage is being a YSI employee I can't able to maintain balance between my work and life, most of the time I spend my time in my work place. And my colleagues and senior staffs are from different cities of Tamilnadu so that I can able to interact with them. And they are very eager to teach me and guide me....Read More
