They transferred me in my Hometown Agra as I requested my Area Manager. But thing I want to share that there are many things which should not be done In pizza hut there are many stores who kept and use expire products after audits.

I passed my review for Shift Manager on 20th Sep 2019 and got transferred to Aligarh from Agra on 11th Nov 2019 in salary of a Team Member as I didn't receive my Promotional mail for no reasons till March. I suffered a lot in Aligarh as I worked like a Shift Manager they also give me Uniform of a manager but I receive salary of a Team member till March and they didn't even give me CCA amount. After March this pandemic occurs and it messes up all things. I stayed in my home town during lockdown at home I didn't get any pay three months then suddenly I get to know that from HR team we received an E-mail which says that I want to work as a Part Time employee because of my personal problems but there is nothing like that so I confirmed with my RGM regarding the same they told me that if you wanna stay in this company so u have to be a Part timer otherwise leave job. This is really frustuating for me because I passes my review on 20 Sep 2019 but still getting salary of a Team member and then they guys saying me to be a PT employee. In Part time shift I did shift of 8 Am to 5 Pm as a Shift Manager in Pizza Hut and received salary of 4000 rs only. I don't know when I am working as a Shift Manager from last 9 months then why I am getting salary of a Team Member. Work Details

Nothing, they always pressurise their Team to do shifts for 12-14 hours on daily basis. My shift was 8-6 but I did 8 Am to 11 Pm also so there is no flexibility at all.
