Having worked at other startups before joining here, i can confidently say this place stands out. My previous experiences were often marred by chaotic management and lack of direction, but here, the environment is much more structured as well as the hustle. One of the key differences is the support system. At my previous startup, resources were often limited, and guidance was hard to come by. Here, the necessary resources and support are readily available, enabling us to tackle projects efficiently and confidently. Moreover, the work culture here is far more inclusive and collaborative. Firstly, I'm happy working here as compared to many other comments I see here. The company culture is open, you can speak your mind even to the founder and chro in their 1:1. The team is good and driven. The infrastructure is okay. While it might not be as flashy as some other startups, it is functional and meets the basic needs. Yubi has got a start and strong business foundation which is reflected in revenue numbers shared during town halls and slack. Not exactly as per plan but a good growth trajectory and they have controlled costs. They have even promised hikes/bonus this year as well as possible liquidity events in the new FY. While there are issues but most important is stability of org where even the best of startups have failed in recent times. Anyone working here and delivering results should feel confident in their long-term prospects with Yubi. Promotions and hikes are solely based on performance, not personal connections. No WFH, long commute time to work even in a city like Chennai is taxing. Frequent team/project realignments. Weekend work whenever there is a go live. There is liberty to few who perform well even once which might feel like favoritism.

As a startup, the environment is challenging and has autonomy to operate. I get to manage my tasks around my own schedule. Helps a lot with delivering quality outputs. Leaders appreciate and actively acknowledge and praise hard work. Good Esops and comp as compared to the market. IPO plans should create good value in 2 yrs.

You need to get used to the hustle culture and handling pressure if you want to work in a startup. Frequent change in timelines disrupts plans. Too many meetings

Hierarchy structure is proper…… employee policies are good…….no problem faced.. workplace where you will discover your true potential. Your efforts and dedication will be counted, and you will get all that you deserve It has given me a clear understanding of my tasks. Plus, the training I have undergone have proven to be valuable for me, when I actually started working on real-time projects

The culture is poor, and there are signs of dishonest practices. It’s not worth my time speaking about them. Just avoid joining. The pay is low, with almost no raises or appraisals. Most people got no hike in 2023, and 2024 looks the same. Many doing the same work are paid very differently.

My journey is going well. The company is growing and expanding into new areas. The latest acquisitions were a big step and it's nice to work in a place that is thinking ahead and staying relevant. I have learned so much about how the credit market works. The senior management is also active and easy to reach out to.

Rapid growth and constant acquisitions make it hard to keep up with new systems and processes. You need to be adaptable and a quick learner.

Approaching individuals is easy and it resolves half the problems according to me. Opportunities to do niche work as well. Definitely a recommend "U will like to work here bcoz of the right work culture provided. Competition is taken in the healthy spirit.

There are minimal work-life benefits. Management is misleading, leadership lacks strength, and the products feels like a scam.

The work culture here is poor. Things change often here, so its to adjust. There's barely any option for working from home. No growth opportunities here. The company is struggling, with hight attrition rates. Many top managers have left due to a lack of scaling prospects in this a startup. Consider this offer only if you're currently without a job.

As a new mom, I am thankful of their support for women returning from maternity leave. I receive 26 weeks of paid maternity leave that lets me focus on my baby without worrying about work. It's a performance driven environment. Everyone from senior leader to co workers, is approachable. I have always had freedom to share ideas and know they'll be considered. The workload can be intense specially when we working on delivery projects like any company.You do see individual recognition
