I've been with YUBI for over two years., and I have a decent feeling. Environment is nice and positive if you are being professional. The promotion and appraisal process is fair. The company does conduct performance reviews, which helps in understanding where you stand. My manager has been quite supportive and provides good feedbackincluding development. Despite meeting all the criteria and exceeding performance expectations, I had to wait longer than anticipated for my first promotion, but in the end I got a good appraisal....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
